1. INSTRUCTIONS TO CITIZENS ON SIGNING UP FOR PUBLIC TESTIMONY REGARDING AGENDA AND NON-AGENDA ITEMS (3 minutes)

C. CONSENT AGENDA (10 minutes) Commission actions are taken in one motion on Consent Agenda items; however, Commission members have the opportunity to remove items from Consent Agenda to be addressed separately.

1. AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES FOR ROCKWOOD PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY The Rockwood Public Safety Facility will enhance public safety and promote new investment in Rockwood, and will be highly visible, attractive, and welcoming to the community. This project satisfies Goal 5 of the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan, calling for "Development of Public Safety and Community Services Facilities." The Commission issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the project in February 2012. The RFP selection committee reviewed three proposals on March 13, 2012. P&C Construction was selected as the Proposer that best met the criteria for qualifications and experience identified in the RFP.

2. GRESHAM REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES The purpose of this action is to approve the minutes of the Gresham Redevelopment Commission meetings of February 14 and 21, 2012.

D. COMMISSION BUSINESS

1. URBAN RENEWAL REVENUE PROJECTIONS The process to prepare the Fiscal Year (FY) 2012/13 Urban Renewal budget for the Gresham Redevelopment Commission has several steps, including estimating the revenue that will be available for appropriation next year. The primary source of revenue for Urban Renewal is from property taxes. Staff will provide a detailed presentation on revenues projected for FY 2012/13 and future years at the meeting. (20 minutes)
