PROPOSED 2012 COUNCIL/GRESHAM REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION WORK PLAN Since 2010, the Gresham Redevelopment Commission has considered adoption of a Work Plan outlining projects planned within the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area modeled after the Council Work Plan that ensures staff efforts are aligned and driven by the direction of the Commission. The Commission will consider adoption of the Proposed 2012 Gresham Redevelopment Commission Work Plan project list.

ADD-ON AGENDA ITEM: APARTMENT REHABILITATION GRANT EXTENSION: MONTEVIDEO APARTMENTS The Gresham Redevelopment Commission awarded an Apartment Rehabilitation Grant to Dr. Jeffrey Brady on September 16, 2010 for improvements to the Montevideo Apartments located at 1210 NE 181st Ave. Dr. Brady is requesting an extension to the project completion date identified in the grant contract (Letter of Commitment).
