1. APARTMENT REHABILITATION GRANT APPLICATIONS Apartment Rehabilitation grants fund exterior improvements to multifamily apartment complexes that affect neighborhood security and vibrancy. The grant program promotes Goal 4 of the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan: Help Create and Retain Family-Wage Jobs by Improving Industrial and Commercial Areas.
