2. APARTMENT REHABILITATION GRANT APPLICATION Apartment Rehabilitation grants fund exterior improvements to multifamily apartment complexes that affect neighborhood security and vibrancy. The grant program was established by the GRDC to promote Goal 3 of the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Plan: Increase Availability of Quality Housing.

a. BURNSIDE GARDENS Application for up to $30,000 for security- and safety-related improvements to 18200 NE Couch Street.

NEW INDUSTRIES GRANT APPLICATION New Industries grants provide an incentive to industrial companies to make capital investments and create quality jobs in the Rockwood West-Gresham Urban Renewal Area. The grant program was established by the GRDC to promote Goal 4 of the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan: Help Create and Retain Family-Wage Jobs by Improving Industrial and Commercial Areas.

a. JOHN DEERE REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER Application for up to $71,250 to support the company's expansion of 22,000 square feet to its existing facility at 2100 NE 181st Avenue in Gresham.

PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FISCAL YEAR 2011-2012 ROCKWOOD-WEST GRESHAM URBAN RENEWAL AREA BUDGET As required by Oregon law, each year the Gresham Redevelopment Commission holds a public hearing to allow written and oral comments from citizens regarding the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area budget. Following the hearing, the Commission will consider: (10 minutes)

RESOLUTION NO. 26 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF GRESHAM, OREGON FOR URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT FUNDING In July 2008, the Gresham Redevelopment Commission entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Gresham to provide financing through a line of credit. The line expires July 15, 2011. The Amended and Restated Intergovernmental Agreement will provide the GRDC with continued financing through a renewed line of credit. (10 minutes)
