3. APPROVAL OF LEASE OF 18901 E. BURNSIDE STREET TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF OREGON The purpose of this action is to approve a lease of 18901 E. Burnside Street to the Community Development Corporation of Oregon, which is also known as the Rockwood Community Development Corporation (Rockwood CDC). The Rockwood CDC operates the Sunrise Community Center out of the 18901 E. Burnside Street location.

E. COMMISSION BUSINESS

1. RESOLUTION NO. 41 AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY OF AN URBAN RENEWAL REVOLVING LOAN AGREEMENT AND RELATED DOCUMENTS As dictated by State statute, the Commission incurs debt to carry out projects that are consistent with the goals of the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan. By issuing its own debt, the Commission will have considerably greater flexibility in the types of projects it undertakes than it would have if it relied on the City's full faith and credit commitment. (15 MINUTES)

2. GRESHAM REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION 2016 WORK PLAN ANNUAL REPORT Since 2010, the Commission has adopted a Work Plan, modeled after the City of Gresham Council Work Plan, outlining projects planned within the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area. The Work Plan ensures staff efforts are aligned and driven by the direction of the Commission. This report summarizes accomplishments under the one project identified in the 2016 Work Plan, as well as non-Work Plan accomplishments that are critical to the Commission's efforts in Rockwood.
