1. BUDGET HEARING AND RESOLUTION NO. 43: BUDGET AND APPROPRIATIONS OF THE GRESHAM REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018/19 As required by Oregon law, the Commission will hold a public hearing to allow for written and oral comments from citizens regarding the Commission's Fiscal Year 2018/19 Budget, and approve Resolution No. 43. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE CATALYST SITE Design Development lays out mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural details for the location of buildings, streets, the public square, and other capital improvements on the Catalyst Site located at 18535 S.E. Stark Street. Construction Documents provide detail sufficient to obtain building permits and construct the project. Staff seeks Commission approval of these documents. (15 MINUTES)
