1. DRAFT URBAN RENEWAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FISCAL YEARS 2018/19 - 2022/23 Urban Renewal projects are incorporated into the City of Gresham's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Each year, the Urban Renewal CIP is updated to accurately reflect the needs and available resources of the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area (URA). The Commission will review a draft of the five-year Urban Renewal CIP. (10 MINUTES)

2. ROCKWOOD RISING HOUSING IMPACT ANALYSIS The findings from the Rockwood Rising Housing Impact Analysis conducted by ECONorthwest, an economic consulting firm, will be presented. The desired community outcome is to ensure that the program and intended uses at the Rockwood Rising Catalyst Site are consistent with the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan Goals. (15 MINUTES)
