Each year, the Urban Renewal CIP is updated to accurately reflect the needs and available resources of the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area (URA). The Commission will review a draft of the five-year Urban Renewal CIP. (15 MINUTES)

SUNRISE SITE LAND DISPOSITION STRATEGY AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 22-20 FOR DEVELOPER SELECTION A private developer partner will provide capital and resources in the design, permitting, construction, tenant selection, and operations of the Sunrise Site. The GRDC development solicitation process recommends a preferred development partner through the issuance of an RFP. A review committee reviewed the two RFP submittals and interviewed the two development teams. Staff will present the recommended development partner for the project based on the final round scoring, which reflected both the written proposals and the interview results and seek Commission approval to negotiate an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with HMS Development.
