NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MINORITY CONTRACTORS (NAMC) OREGON REPORT ON BUSINESS AND WORKFORCE EQUITY GOALS (15 MINUTES) NAMC-OR was contracted in 2018 to assist the Commission to meet the business and equity goals for the construction of the Downtown Rockwood project (formerly known as Rockwood Rising). NAMC-OR will report on the activities that have been undertaken to meet those goals.

Each year, the Urban Renewal CIP is updated to accurately reflect the needs and available resources of the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area (URA). The Commission will review a draft of the five-year Urban Renewal CIP.
