2. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NO. 5577: P&C CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE ROCKWOOD PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY
On April 3, 2012, the Commission approved award of a contract with P&C Construction Company of Portland, Oregon for construction of the Facility. The proposed amendment to this contract authorizes P&C to initiate early procurement of materials necessary for construction of the Facility.

3. RESOLUTION NO. 29 GRANTING CERTAIN POWERS AND DUTIES TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND BUDGET OFFICER OF THE GRESHAM REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
The proposed resolution aligns the powers and duties of the Executive Director and Budget Officer (Director) of the Commission more closely with those of the City of Gresham's City Manager. These changes are intended to allow the Commission to be more responsive and efficient with routine administrative matters, without compromising the Commission's authority or accountability.
