STOREFRONT IMPROVEMENT GRANT APPLICATIONS Storefront Improvement grants fund improvements to the street-facing exteriors of eligible buildings along the major commercial arterials of the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area (URA). The grant program was established by the GRDC to promote Goal 8 of the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan: Promote Quality Development.

PREDEVELOPMENT SERVICES GRANT APPLICATION Predevelopment Services grants assist developers with initiating challenging development projects in the Industrial and Town Center zones of the Urban Renewal Area. The grant program promotes Goal 4 of the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Plan: Help Create and Retain Family Wage Jobs by Improving Industrial and Commercial Areas.
