2. RENTAL HOUSING UPDATE & PATH FOWARD: 45 Minutes

Staff will present an overall program update for Rental Housing Inspections, including how the program has evolved over the years, lessons learned, and recommendations as we look ahead. Additionally, staff will be presenting an overview of the program's budget, its history, and present options for Council's policy consideration for realignment of annual license fees to maintain the current service level.

3. VERTICAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ZONE: 45 Minutes

In follow up to previous Council direction, staff will be presenting the results of the displacement study related to the evaluation of a Vertical Housing Development Zone boundary expansion that encompass portions of the Rockwood neighborhood and Lots 10 and 11 at Gresham Vista Business Park. Subject to Council direction, next steps would be to expand the boundary of the Gresham Vertical Housing Development Zone that would come back to City Council for final approval. Economic and Development Services is the lead department.
