In follow up to previous Council direction, staff (alongside Elaine Howard Consulting LLC) will be presenting the results of a feasibility study related to the potential of establishing a new urban renewal district that encompasses Downtown and Civic Neighborhood. Subject to Council direction, next steps would be to establish an Urban Renewal Plan that would come back to City Council for final approval in Spring 2024.
Urban Renewal and Design is the lead department.
