2. In follow up to an initial introduction of the topic to Council in March 2022, Staff along with InfraCenters LLC will be providing additional information about Eco-Districts as per Council's request. From this presentation and discussion, staff is seeking Council consensus on any next steps. An "InfraCenter" is a stack of utilities providing zero-carbon energy, thermal, wastewater, digital, and last-mile mobility solutions at the district scale (5-50 acres). Assistant City Manager, Eric Schmidt along with InfraCenters, LLC staff Timothy Smith, Patrick Doherty and Dwayne Johnson will present.
