The One Gresham presentation is intended to inform Council of recent and upcoming development activity happening in each of these 3 regional centers, while also illustrating one of the many unrealized assets that the City of Gresham holds that ties the centers together, that being the Wy-East Way Trail between the Rockwood Town Center, Civic Neighborhood and Downtown.
