Per Council request, staff will present an update on the pathway/background leading to Council's decision to place a levy on the May 2024 ballot. Additionally, staff will provide an update on overall city strategy related to the upcoming election and will be prepared to address questions related to the timing of the levy in terms of budgetary implications.
