AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: ON-CALL HVAC MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES: Move to award Just Right Heating & Cooling an increase to the existing On-Call HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services contract for a total amount not to exceed $250,000 beginning October 1, 2024 and authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the contract and approve annual renewals for up to two additional years. Environmental Services is the lead department.
