COUNCIL BILL NO. 07-24: AMENDING GRESHAM REVISED CODE CHAPTER 3: This item will approve the enactment reading of Council Bill 07-24 amending Gresham Revised Code Chapter 3, as it relates to Stormwater, clarifying that stormwater services includes compliance with urban flood safety and water quality district requirements. Environmental Services is the lead department.

RESOLUTION NO. 3614: DESIGNATING FIRST AMENDMENT ACTIVITY ZONES WITHIN THE EXTERIOR AREAS OF THE GRESHAM CITY HALL COMPLEX; DECLARING TIME, PLACE, AND MANNER RESTRICTIONS; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADOPT AND ENFORCE RULES TO IMPLEMENT THIS RESOLUTION: This item will approve Resolution No. 3614 to designate First Amendment Activity Zones within the exterior areas of the Gresham City Hall Complex; to declare time, place, and manner restrictions; and to authorize the City Manager to adopt and enforce rules implementing this Resolution. City Attorney's Office is the lead department.
