5. AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: PURCHASE OF CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) VAN: This item will approve the purchase of a Closed-circuit television (CCTV) van from CUES, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $364,028. Environmental Services is the lead department.

6. AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: PURCHASE OF POLICE CHEVROLET VEHICLES: This item will approve the purchase of up to three new model year 2024 or 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe vehicles assigned to the Police Department's Patrol Operations Division. Police is the lead department.

AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: PURCHASE OF TRANSPORT-CAPABLE RESCUE VEHICLE: This item will approve the purchase of a transport-capable rescue vehicle manufactured by Horton Emergency Vehicles through their exclusive Oregon dealer, Professional Sales & Service L.C., in an amount not to exceed $324,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract. Fire and Emergency Services is the lead department.

8. 2024-2025 PLANNING COMMISSION AND SUBCOMMITTEES WORK PLAN ADOPTION: This item will approve the adoption of the FY 2024-2025 Planning Commission and Subcommittees Work Plan. Urban Design and Planning is the lead department.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 07-24: AMENDING GRESHAM REVISED CODE CHAPTER 3: This item will approve the first reading of Council Bill 07-24 amending Gresham Revised Code Chapter 3, as it relates to Stormwater, clarifying that stormwater services include compliance with urban flood safety and water quality district requirements. Environmental Services is the lead department.

AWARD TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT FOR YOUTH VIOLENCE PREVENTION: This item will award and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Going Home II in the amount of $300,000 for the provision of intensive case management services as part of the EMOPI youth violence prevention program. City Manager's Office is the lead department.
