AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: ON-CALL ELECTRICAL SERVICES: This item will award Christenson Electric, Inc. an On-Call Electrical Services contract in the amount not to exceed $200,000 beginning July 1, 2024 and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and approve annual renewals for up two additional years. Environmental Services is the lead department.

1. SALE OF WATER DIVISION SURPLUS PROPERTY TO THE LUSTED WATER DISTRICT: 10 Minutes This item will hold a public hearing for and approve the sale of Water Division surplus property to the Lusted Water District and authorize the City Manager to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement with the Lusted Water District. Environmental Services is the lead department.
