INITIATION OF A TYPE IV STREET VACATION APPLICATION IN THE CIVIC NEIGHBORHOOD: This item will initiate street right-of-way vacation proceedings of the portion of the NW Sleret Avenue immediately abutting the south side of NW Burnside Road and the portions NW Eastman Parkway immediately abutting 440-550 NW Burnside Road in the Civic Neighborhood, shown in Attachment A, in accordance with Gresham Community Development Code Section A7.001. Urban Design and Planning is the lead department.

3. APPOINTMENT: HOME FORWARD BOARD: This item will approve the motion to recommend the appointment of Shannon Olive to the Home Forward Board of Commissioners upon approval of the approving entity. City Manager's Office is the lead department.

INITIATION OF A STAKEHOLDER ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM PLAN: This item will approve the initiation of a Stakeholder Advisory Committee to advise staff, Planning Commission, and City Council on proposed policies, programs, and projects in the Transportation System Plan update. Urban Design and Planning is the lead department.

1. TYPE IV LEGISLATIVE HEARING: 2024/25-2028/29 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM: 30 Minutes This item will hold a hearing for and consider approval of City Application No. CWP-24-00105 based on the findings, conclusions and recommendations stated in the March 25, 2024 Planning Commission Recommendation Order and March 25, 2024 Revised Staff Report, and approve the first reading of Council Bill No. 03-24, adopting the 2024/25-2028/29 Capital Improvement Program. Budget & Finance and Environmental Services are the lead departments.
