GRESHAM SAFETY LEVY UPDATE This item will consider repealing Resolution No. 3578 approved on December 5, 2023, and approval of Resolution No. 3599, submitting a five-year operating levy measure to Gresham voters to improve public safety to ensure Gresham has the firefighters and police officers we need to keep up with our growth, our aging population, and our increasing calls for emergency services, and adopting a ballot title and explanatory statement to be placed on the May 21, 2024, ballot.
