TYPE IV HEARING: COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT - CLIMATE FRIENDLY AND EQUITABLE COMMUNITIES (CFEC) DEVELOPMENT CODE UPDATE PHASE 1: This item will hold a public hearing for and consider adoption of City Application CPA 23-00277 based on the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the November 13, 2023, Planning Commission Recommendation Order and the September 11, 2023, Staff Report, and approve the Enactment Reading of Council Bill 10-23. Urban Design and Planning is the lead department.
