2. AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: ON-CALL STREETLIGHT SYSTEM SERVICES:

This item will award the On-Call Streetlight System Services contract to Lightworks Electric, in the amount not to exceed $121,800 per year beginning April 17, 2023. Also, authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and approve annual renewals for up to four additional years. Environmental Services is the lead department.
