3. THIRD AMENDMENT TO JENNE BUTTE WATER TANK COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY SITE LEASE:

This item will approve the Third Amendment to the Jenne Butte Water Tank Communications Facility Site Lease, expanding usage by one (1) antenna, and providing a commensurate increase in lease charges. Environmental Services is the lead department.

6. RESOLUTION NO. 3539: A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3474 TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY REQUIRED FOR DIVISION STREET CORRIDOR "COMPLETE STREET" PROJECT:

This item will approve Resolution No. 3539, amending Resolution No. 3474, which authorizes negotiations to purchase real property required for the construction of Division Street Corridor "Complete Street" project. Environmental Services is the lead department.
