3. RESOLUTION NOS. 3530-3533: ADOPTION OF MASTER PLANS FOR STORMWATER, WASTEWATER COLLECTION, WASTEWATER TREATMENT, AND WATER
This item will approve Resolution Nos. 3530-3533 adopting the 2022 City of Gresham City-Wide Stormwater System Master Plan, the 2020 City of Gresham Wastewater Collection System Master Plan, the 2017 City of Gresham Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan, and the 2022 City of Gresham Water System Master Plan. 4. CITY FEES FOR EAST COUNTY LIBRARY/CIVIC HUB IMPROVEMENTS
This item will approve Resolution No. 3535 authorizing the City of Gresham's payment of a portion of City building permit fees and system development charges (SDC's) and contribution of the construction costs for the Civic Hub Improvements, should/when the East County library project move forward with formal application for land use, building and public improvement permits.
