RESOLUTION NO. 3526: FEMA HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM SUB-APPLICATION GRANT DESIGNATION OF AGENT RESOLUTION This item will approve Resolution No. 3526 authorizing the City Manager to sign and submit all required forms for a FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant with a 90/10 federal to local match. Environmental Services is the lead department.

6. MEMORIAL PLAQUE FOR FORMER POLICE CANINE BASCO This item will approve the placement of a Basco memorial plaque at a City bench located in downtown Gresham (4th Street near Gresham Historical Museum). Police is the lead department.

8. TEAMSTER'S COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT This item will approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and Teamster's Local 223 and authorize the City Manager to enter into this agreement. City Manager's Office is the lead department.

GRESHAM POLICE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION (GPOA) COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT This item will approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and the Gresham Police Officers' Association (GPOA) and authorize the City Manager to enter into this agreement.
