AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS - PURCHASE OF POLICE CHEVROLET VEHICLES This item will approve the purchase of up to seventeen model year 2023 Chevy Tahoe vehicles assigned to the Police Department's Patrol Operations Division, to be purchased through the State of Oregon Price Agreement from a local vendor. Police Department is the lead department. 10

2. POLICE TRAINING FACILITY LEASE AGREEMENT This item will approve a 3-year lease, with the option to renew for one additional 3-year term, with Ascherin & Ascherin Holdings, LLC for use of approximately 7,000 square feet of a commercial building to be used as a training facility for Gresham Police employees and authorize the City Manager to sign the lease agreement. Police Department is the lead department. 10

COUNCIL BILL NO. 04-22 AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE GRESHAM REVISED CODE AS IT RELATES TO PRIVATE PROPERTY IMPOUNDS This item will approve the first reading of Council Bill No. 04-22, amending GRC 9.75.090 to change the timing for which a Tower must notify the Gresham Police Records Division of an intent to attach any equipment to, move, or remove a vehicle from private property. Police Department is the lead department. 20
