RESOLUTION NO. 3485: URBAN RENEWAL EXTENSION This item will approve Resolution No. 3485 submitting an urban renewal plan amendment measure to Gresham voters to allow for extending the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan to June 30, 2029, within the City of Gresham and adopting a ballot title and explanatory statement to be placed on the May 17, 2022 ballot. Urban Renewal is the lead department. 30
