1. APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT This item will approve a global settlement agreement for property damage in the amount of $85,000. City Attorney’s Office is the lead department.

AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: PURCHASE OF A VACTOR TRUCK FOR MAINTENANCE OF WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE This item will approve the purchase of a replacement Vactor truck unit through the interstate cooperative procurement contract administered by Sourcewell and supplied by Owen Equipment in an amount not to exceed $503,597. Environmental Services is the lead department.

3. AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: PURCHASE OF A TV INSPECTION VAN FOR THE WASTEWATER DIVISION This item will approve the purchase of a CUES Sewer Pipe CCTV (closed circuit television) Inspection System and van in an amount not to exceed $239,000. Environmental Services is the lead department.

RESOLUTION NO. 3482: A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT ENFORCEMENT RESPONSE PLAN (ERP) AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2755 This item will approve Resolution No. 3482, a resolution adopting an Industrial Pretreatment Enforcement Response Plan (ERP) and repealing Resolution No. 2755. Environmental Services is the lead department.
