1. MEMORIAL PLAQUE FOR FORMER CITY COUNCILOR KIRK FRENCH This item will approve the placement of a Kirk French memorial plaque at a City bench located in downtown Gresham on the west side of NE Roberts Avenue, just north of 4th Street. Environmental Services is the lead department.
