Urban Design and Planning is the lead department.

3. AUTHORIZATION TO CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE TEAMSTER CONTRACT EXTENSION This item will authorize the City Manager to approve a one-year extension of the City’s collective bargaining agreement with the Teamsters Local 223. Office of Governance and Management is the lead department.

4. REAPPOINTMENT: URBAN FORESTRY SUBCOMMITTEE This item will approve the reappointment of Keith Warren to the Urban Forestry Subcommittee. Office of Governance and Management is the lead department.

INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF WOOD VILLAGE FOR THE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT OF WASTEWATER This agreement will allow a continuation of a partnership between the City of Wood Village and the City of Gresham to provide collection and treatment of wastewater. Environmental Services is the lead department.

RESOLUTION NO. 3460: AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO NEGOTIATE REGARDING NATIONAL PRESCRIPTION OPIATE LITIGATION This item will authorize the City Attorney to negotiate an agreement with the Local Litigating Entities that will require settlement funds from the National Prescription Opiate Litigation matter. City Attorney’s Office is the lead department.
