RESOLUTION NO. 3392: AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3337, UPDATING LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED AT 3155 SE PALMQUIST ROAD This item will authorize the negotiation of the real property purchase required for Hwy 26 and Palmquist improvements. Environmental Services is the lead department.

5. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ADDITIONAL CAPACITY PURCHASE FOR WOOD VILLAGE This IGA will approve the purchase and financing for an additional 50,000 gallons per day of WWTP treatment capacity. Environmental Services is the lead department.
