2. RESOLUTION NO. 3398: AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3392 UPDATING LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PROPERTY ADDRESS 3155 SE PALMQUIST RD. This item will approve Resolution No. 3398 amending Resolution No. 3392, updating the legal description for the property located at 3155 SE Palmquist Road, declaring the public need to acquire real property for the purpose of constructing Highway 26 and Palmquist improvements, and authorizing negotiations to purchase real property required for the project. Environmental Services is the lead department.
