2. INITIATION OF A TYPE IV COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SENATE BILL (SB) 1051 The passage of Senate Bill 1051-A requires the following amendments to the Comprehensive Plan be implemented: processing time for affordable housing applications, permissibility of accessory dwellings; permissibility of affordable housing on residentially designated land owned by religious organizations; and the expansion of information local governments must report to DLCD regarding the number of affordable housing applications processed. Urban Design and Planning is the lead department.

3. REAPPOINTMENT: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING SUBCOMMITTEE Mayor Bemis is recommending the reappointment of Travis Stovall to the CDHS. Office of Governance and Management is the lead department.

1. TYPE IV COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT RELATED TO TRAFFIC LEVEL OF SERVICE CRITERIA FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT Approval of this item will amend Volume 2 (Policies) and Volume 3 (Development Code) in the Gresham Community Development Plan. Urban Design and Planning is the lead department. 20

2. TYPE IV PUBLIC HEARING FOR RECONSIDERATION OF DRD/MIS/FSP 17-26000049/AH This is a recommendation from the Planning Commission. This item will approve the interpretation of the transportation capacity standard of the Gresham Community Development Code (GCDC). Urban Design and Planning is the lead department. 20
