1. INITIATION OF A TYPE IV COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT RELATED TO TRAFFIC LEVEL OF SERVICE CRITERIA FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT This item will authorize the initiation of a code change. This is a joint project with Economic Development, and Environmental Services.

2. RESOLUTION NO. 3300: HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN Council is being asked to adopt the Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan, repealing Resolution No. 3141. Office of Emergency Management and Fire and Emergency Services are the lead departments.

3. VETERANS MEMORIAL HALL / 150 W POWELL BUILDING AGREEMENT This agreement addresses the reimbursement expectations regarding the City owned facilities at 150 W Powell Blvd. Finance and Management Services is the lead department.
