CODE REVIEW: AMENDMENT OF GRESHAM REVISED CODE RELATING TO SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGES, LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS, AND REIMBURSEMENT DISTRICTS This item will approve the enactment reading of Council Bill 05-17 amending the Gresham Revised Code as it relates to System Development Charges, Local Improvement Districts, and Reimbursement Districts. City Attorneyâ€™s Office is the lead department.

3. REAPPOINTMENTS: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT HOUSING SUBCOMMITTEE (CDHS) Mayor Bemis is recommending the reappointment of Warren Scott and Wayne Shielee to the CDHS. Office of Governance and Management is the lead department.

4. LEASE AGREEMENT: MAINTENANCE BUILDING AT THE FIRE TRAINING CENTER This is a lease agreement with Hughes Fire Equipment to lease the Maintenance Building at the Fire Training Center to provide maintenance and repair services for Gresham Fire Apparatus.
