2. ENACTMENT READING: AMENDMENTS TO GRESHAM REVISED CODE CHAPTERS 8 AND 10 This item will approve the proposed amendments to the Gresham Revised Code as it relates to the proposed amendments to the Gresham Community Development Code. City Attorneyâ€™s Office is the lead department.

3. AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: BREMIK CONSTRUCTION This item will approve the award of a contract to Bremik Construction as the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the Gresham Community Center and to proceed with Phase 1 of the contract. Community Development is the lead department.

D. PUBLIC HEARING 30

1. EXTENSION OF SOLID WASTE COLLECTION LICENSES The current solid waste collection licenses with Greshamâ€™s five hauling companies are set to expire October 6, 2022. Code establishes up to a seven-year rolling term for the licenses. A public hearing is required. Staff recommends extension of the licenses to the full seven years. Environmental Services is the lead department.
