RESOLUTION NO. 3259 AUTHORIZING ARNPRIOR AEROSPACEâ€™S ENTERPRISE ZONE APPLICATION FOR $2.702 MILLION INVESTMENT 20 This item will authorize Arnprior Aerospaceâ€™s application for a five-year property tax abatement through the Gresham Enterprise Zone. Economic Development is the lead department.

AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: GANG OUTREACH AND PREVENTION SERVICES Approval of this contract with Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center will provide gang outreach and prevention strategies including late-night youth basketball and cognitive training for at-risk youth. It will also authorize the City Manager to execute the contract in the amount of $98,775. Office of Governance and Management and the Police Department are the joint lead departments for this item. 15
