DEVELOPMENT CODE IMPROVEMENTS - TRANSPORTATION This grant-funded project implements necessary changes to the City's Development Code that were identified during the 2014 Transportation System Plan (TSP) update. This is a public hearing regarding the proposed code changes. Urban Design and Planning is the lead department. 30

1. RESOLUTION NO. 3227: AUTHORIZING FORMAL REQUEST TO THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE TO REMEDY JURISDICTIONAL CONFUSION CAUSED BY ZIP CODES IN WEST GRESHAM. Approval of this item will authorize the formal request to the United States Postal Service to remedy zip code and jurisdictional confusion in West Gresham. Office of Governance and Management is the lead department. 20

2. ADD-ON - DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY The City Manager declared a State of Emergency due to the recent storm event. The Gresham Revised Code requires the City Council to ratify a declaration to complete the declaration process. Environmental Services is the lead department. 20
