AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: VEHICLE EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION SERVICES Council will consider awarding contracts to Wire Works Inc. and Safety Vehicle Systems to provide and install emergency add-on equipment in department vehicles, ensuring new vehicles can be put into service in a safe, reliable and responsive manner. Finance and Management Services is the lead department.

3. RESOLUTION NO. 3213: PROPERTY ANNEXATION EASTSIDE TIMBERS TAX LOT 1S3E18A 01500 This item is to correct a technical error that occurred at the July 21, 2015 Council meeting. Urban Design & Planning is the lead department.
