RESOLUTION NO. 3184: ACCEPTING AND APPROPRIATING MULTNOMAH COUNTY RACIAL AND ETHNIC APPROACHES TO COMMUNITY HEALTH GRANT FUNDS These grant funds will support Transportation Planning in developing a citywide pedestrian and bicycle plan that includes assessment of gaps to healthy food options and addresses gaps through project prioritization and policy language. Also will support Urban Renewal in developing and implementing a community engagement plan and business plan for the Rockwood Catalyst site Marketplace. Environmental Services is the lead department.

3. ENACTMENT READING: COUNCIL BILL 03-15 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING GRESHAM REVISED CODE CHAPTER 7 RELATING TO BEEKEEPING This is the enactment reading of the amendment to the Gresham Revised Code as it relates to beekeeping. Community Development is the lead department.

4. RESOLUTION NO. 3190: METRO LOCAL SHARE AMENDMENT This item proposes the transfer of remaining Metro Local Share funds to the Hogan Butte Nature Park project. Environmental Services is the lead department.

This item will authorize Teeny Foods Corporation and Mustard Seed Holdings LLC's application for a three-year property tax abatement with a productivity increase waiver to the hiring requirements through the Gresham Enterprise Zone. Economic Development is the lead department.
