RESOLUTION NO. 3183: ESTABLISHING TAX RATES ON THE SALE OR TRANSFER OF MARIJUANA AND MARIJUANA-INFUSED PRODUCTS IN THE CITY OF GRESHAM This item implements the recently adopted provisions of GRC 9.62 relating to the taxation of marijuana. The Council will consider a resolution establishing tax rates. City Attorney's Office is the lead department. 30

Staff will provide an update on the effort to examine grocery store access as a follow up to the earlier presentation to Council. Urban Design and Planning is the lead department.
