1. EXTENSION OF SOLID WASTE COLLECTION LICENSES The current solid waste collection licenses with Gresham's five hauling companies are set to expire March 31, 2019. Code establishes up to a seven-year rolling term for the licenses. A public hearing is required. Staff recommends extension of the licenses to the full seven years. RESOLUTION NO. 3173: GANG PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION GRANT AWARD ACCEPTANCE Approval of this resolution will accept and appropriate a gang prevention and intervention grant from the Oregon Department of Education's "Youth and Gangs" grant program and approve the grant agreement.
