1. RESOLUTION NO. 3120: DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) SECTION 108 LOAN GUARANTEE FOR THE CHILDREN'S FOUNTAIN The City's application for a Section 108 loan for the Gresham Children's Fountain Project has been approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Mayor and Council are being asked to hold a public hearing to consider approval of the loan agreement between HUD and the City by Resolution. Finance and Management Services and Environmental Services are the lead departments for this item. 30
