2. PUBLIC HEARING & APPROVAL: EXTENSION OF SOLID WASTE COLLECTION LICENSES The City's solid waste hauler licenses currently expire in four years (2016). In order to allow time for large capital investments, such as carts or trucks, and to avoid abrupt impacts to rates, an extension is needed. Staff will present a recommendation to council. Environmental Services is the lead department. 20
