1. APPOINTMENTS: CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT COMMITTEE Mayor Bemis is recommending the appointments of Mayra Gomez and Marcia Tengwall to the Citizen Involvement Committee. Office of Governance and Management is the lead department.

2. AWARD TO PRIVATE BUSINESS: WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OUTFALL HYDROPOWER SERVICES The City will contract with Site Based Energy / HydroGen Energy to install and maintain an approximately 70 kW hydropower facility on the effluent discharge outfall from the Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Columbia River, at no capital cost to the City. Electricity generated by the facility will be sold to Portland General Electric, and revenues will be shared between the City and the contractor. Environmental Services is the lead department.

3. RESOLUTION NO. 3087: INDUSTRIAL WASTE DISCHARGE PERMIT FEES This is a resolution amending resolution number 2756 establishing fees and charges for Gresham Revised Code, Chapter 4, Wastewater, as it relates to industrial user fees. Environmental Services is the lead department.

4. INTERGOVERMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH CITIES OF TROUTDALE AND FAIRVIEW AND MULTNOMAH COUNTY RFPD #14 FOR NET MOTION SERVER ACCESS The Cities of Troutdale and Fairview, along with Multnomah County RFPD #14 have requested access to the dispatch system through the City's new Net Motion Server. Council approval of this IGA will formalize the terms and cost allocation of providing that service. Information Technology is the lead department.
