1. 2011 CODE REVIEW At the October 4, 2011 Council Business meeting, Council rescheduled the enactment reading of the 2011 Code Review and asked staff to review citizen comments for potential revisions. The proposed Council Bill addresses those comments. This is the enactment reading of the 2011 Code Review, amending the Gresham Revised Code. Community Development is the lead department. 10

2. RESOLUTION NO. 3074: SOLID WASTE SYSTEM - COMMERCIAL FOOD WASTE PROGRAM This Resolution establishes a voluntary commercial food waste collection service by creating new rates for this service. Environmental Services is the lead department. 15
