Urban Design and Planning is the lead department.

ENACTMENT READING: GRESHAM REVISED CODE AMENDMENTS - BUSINESS LICENSES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY The purpose of this Council Bill is to clarify various sections of Chapter 9, Licenses, of the Gresham Revised Code so that staff and the public will have a clearer understanding of the City's licensing requirements. City Attorney's office is the lead department.
