6. AMENDMENT: COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF GRESHAM AND HOUSING AUTHORITY OF PORTLAND (HAP) This amendment will increase the number of public housing units administered by HAP. HAP would make a one-time payment to Gresham that may be used in the development of a neighborhood park within the city limits. Urban Design and Planning is the lead department.
